Palestine Field Director

Senior manager needed to act as International Service's representative in the region. Based in East Jerusalem, you will be responsible for the management of IS's programme. Your tasks will include strategic management, operational management, building relationships with diverse donors to secure funding, financial management, liaison with partner organisations, supporting development workers and monitoring impact.

Previous work experience in the territories, fluent written and spoken English and good spoken Arabic, an understanding of the situation of the Palestinian people, issues faced by women, children and / or people living with disability, proven organisational and management skills and good communication and evaluation skills are requirements for this post.
