Strategic Investors Group

The Strategic Investors Group (SIG) is a business-minded social investment structure that creates opportunities for members to contribute in a flexible, meaningful way to the work of International Service, and to connect with other investors.

It ensures that investors receive a social return on their investment by personally connecting them with specific projects and strands of work, and it does not involve a cumbersome time commitment.

What is special about the Strategic Investors Group?

  • members choose which projects they would like to fund.
A range of projects are presented for consideration by the group
  • the impact of individual contributions is increased by pooling resources
  • members of the SIG can raise their contribution in whatever way is most appealing to them; for example, through sponsored events, or from personal foundations
  • members may visit the programmes the SIG has funded

Other Investment Opportunities

You may have a particular interest in the countries we work in and the people we work with. Or you may be thinking about working with projects and events that can help you achieve your Corporate Responsibility goals.

It is possible to support International Service’s work in the UK and overseas. For example, we have a busy programme of events in the UK such as our Human Rights Awards, Jamia event, and Same Difference arts education work with children. Or you may be interested in supporting our overseas work by funding the training of individual development workers, or by investing in one of our projects.
