It has been a busy few months at International Service! We’ve moved our UK office two minutes down the road from our former premises on Rougier Street to 17 Priory Street. The building owner plans to demolish our old office and conduct a major archaeological dig with a focus on York’s Roman history. We have moved to a site which plays host to many brilliant local charities, the move has also meant a big reduction in overheads on rent and bills, meaning more money to spend on projects.

We’ve also had a major change in the leadership of the organisation. Jo Baker, who was our CEO for 7 years, has now moved on and Michael Dockar, who was previously our Deputy Chief Executive, has now taken over the helm as Director. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained working in development for 7 years, the Alzheimer's society, and the Ambulance Service.
