At International Service we want to celebrate being  youth-led in our approach to achieving social and climate justice. We are launching this photography competition to showcase the talents of young photographers across our media channels and publications

Your challenge is to submit an original photograph visualising youth-led change in action from anywhere around the globe.

 

You must be between 18 and 30 years old to enter, and you have until 22nd August to submit your photograph.

Competition Rules

Please note: extended deadline 

  • To enter, you must be aged between 18 and 30 years old.

  • Entries open on 12/07/21 and close on 22/03/22. Entries submitted following the deadline will not be taken into consideration.

  • All submissions need to have an accompanying consent form, and consent needs to be granted by the photographer and all individuals identifiable in the image.

  • For the photograph to be considered in this competition, consent must be given for the photograph to be used by International Service across our media channels and publications.

  • This competition has no restrictions on geographical location. Submission can be a photograph taken either before the launch date or during the submission period.

  • Each entry needs to be submitted by an individual.

  • The photograph must be original work taken by the entrant. Each entrant must only submit one photograph.

  • Any camera type can be used to take the photograph.

  • The photograph must be in its original state, and can be of any size.

  • Shortlisted submissions may be resized or cropped to fit with publications.

  • Submissions will be judged by a youth panel, and shortlisted entrants and winners will be contacted within one month of the deadline.

  • All shortlisted contestants will receive a Google Play giftcard to the value of £10, with the overall winner receiving a giftcard to the value of £50, and the runner up a giftcard to the value of £30.
